In order to go global with Pequea Church each participant must complete a short term missions application. Once you fill out this form it will be kept on record at Pequea church. Once on record this mission application will be used to build missions teams in the future. Take a few minitutes to complete this form. All you need to do is download the form, print it out, fill it out, and bring it back to Pequea Church!
