May 16 & 17, 2008- Guess Who's Coming to Dinner?
You're invited to celebrate our Pequea family with mini-parties! Enjoy a time of food and fellowship with "fits like an old glove" friends & "great to meet you" new friends in the comforts of home. Hosts will provide the main course; guests will bring either a salad or a dessert. You get to choose the date of either Friday or Saturday May 16th or 17th and we will choose the time of 6:30 p.m. Sign up today to be a guest or a host in the welcome center. May 17, 2008- Young Adult Game Night
Come out to Charlestown park on Saturday evening May 17th for a young adult game night. The game night will start at 6:00 p.m. and conclude at dark. Specifically it will be held at the Hovis Pavilion which will include food, so please bring along a dish to share and your favorite game! May 17 & 18, 2008- Community Days! at Silver Mine Park
Come to Silver Mine Park on Saturday May 17th and Sunday May 18th for a day of fun. Pequea Church will take part in the first annual Community Days! Come on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. For more details and directions click here to read our news story.
June 1, 2008- Baptism Service
For the first time ever Pequea Church is going to hold a baptism service during our morning worship hour and if you have not been baptized this would be a tremendous opportunity to publicly proclaim that you are a follower of Jesus Christ. For more information and to sign-up please click here!
June 8, 2008- Membership Services
Becoming a member of the Brethren In Christ Church and Pequea Church is a chance for you, a baptized believer to commit to the corporate church. On Sunday morning June 8th, during the 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. services we will hold the membership reception service. For more information on membership and to sign-up click here!
June 15, 2008- Child Dedication
On Sunday morning June 15th Pequea Church will take a portion of our morning worship service to dedicate children to the church. If you would like to have your child dedicated please sign up in the welcome center of the church or call the church office at 717.872.5679.
