(PEQUEA CHURCH) -- Throuhgout the first three weeks of May. We have gone through a message series entitled "my space". This series talked about paving the way for the future of Pequea Church. We presented information on how you can help expand the current facilities of Pequea Church through the expansion of our parking lots. Below you will find answers to many of your questions as well as a thermometer. The giving thermometer will be updated as funds are raised for our My Space: Paving the Way Campaign!

So why do we need to expand and improve our parking areas?

This question has been raised many times when referring to the my space campaign. We know that $250,000 is a lot of money to spend on our existing building, but we also know one of the largest concerns our staff and church families face is the lack of parking. Visitors and guests as well as regular church goers can find it difficult to park on highly attended Sunday's. Our hope is that by spending this money now we will make room for forty more cars! Pequea Church has been known for "the church on the hill" those who have been around here for a while know that, even on a not so windy day for some reason it's always windy at the front doors! The hills and steps used to gain access to the church are not friendly for our seniors. With the parking expansion additional parking will be added outside the new life center kitchen area which is on the same level as the church building. How Can I support this campaign?

Pequea Church has a goal to raise $250,000 between now and the end of the year, December 31, 2008. You can support the campaign by designating "My Space Campagin" on your offering envelope. If you have additional questions contact the church office at 717.872.5679.
